You can dry bended solid wooden parts in 15 minutes.
One of the most important stages of the solid wood bending process is the drying step.
After the process of steaming and deflecting of the wood,
it must be dried completely to remain stable. There are two possibilities at this stage.
The first is the drying of the parts fixed by steel clamps during the bending process in conventional furnaces.
This drying process takes 18-24 hours.
The second one is "High Frequency Drying". This drying process is only 15-20 min. It is ongoing. Another advantage of drying with high frequency technique is homogeneous drying. Thanks to this feature, the wooden part is dried in the most correct way, from the inside to the outside.
